How the reverse calculation works

The desired syringe units are converted to millilitres. The calculator then works backward from the peptide amount you want in that draw to determine the concentration required and the total liquid volume to add to the vial. Liquid to add (mL) = ((vial mg × 1000) ÷ amount mcg) × (syringe units ÷ 100)
